Sa Tanca is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, hidden from traffic and tourists, directly above La Residencia. All of Deià’s restaurants, shops, and boutiques are just a short walk away. The property offers easy access to the surrounding mountains, scenic walks, and the beach coves nearby. Parking is available in a double garage and space for 2–3 more cars.

Booking information
The pool (4 x 8m) can be heated in low season at an additional charge. Maid service is provided weekly, with a mid-week clean included during high season. Additional housekeeping is available on request. Gardening and pool maintenance are included. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Bath and pool towels are provided for guest use.
