Perched above the sea in a privileged position overlooking Port de Sóller, this three-bedroom villa offers sweeping views of the coastline and harbour. Set on Mallorca’s dramatic west coast, the home combines light-filled interiors with generous outdoor spaces and a peaceful atmosphere throughout.
The property
Decorated in soft neutral tones, the villa is spread across two floors. On the upper level, the living room opens through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to a large terrace, perfect for al fresco dining while taking in uninterrupted sea views. The indoor dining area seats six, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen also connects to the terrace and barbecue area.
Accommodation
All three bedrooms are located on the lower level and enjoy direct sea views and access to the swimming pool area.

Each room includes built-in wardrobes, and all bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed. An additional bed can be arranged on request, with an extra charge for more than six guests.
Layout & access
The house is accessed from the street through a sliding door into a front patio area. Inside, an entrance hall leads to a guest toilet and an open living area with two large sofas, matching chairs, and a fireplace (not in use). Both the living and kitchen areas lead out to the terrace.
Downstairs, the bedrooms open onto a second terrace and the pool area, which is sheltered by glass walls to block wind without obstructing the view.
Outdoor areas
The private pool (10m x 6m) is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, with views stretching across the sea and the port. A shaded seating area and additional terrace at the front of the house provide various spaces to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.
Location & distances
Port de Sóller’s beach, marina, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance from the house, making it possible to enjoy the area without needing a car.
Booking information
A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. Please enquire for availability and pricing for additional guests.
