Surrounded by birdsong and lush vegetation, this bright, contemporary home is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and beauty—just a short drive from both Deià and Sóller.

The property
With a fresh, open layout and high-spec furnishings throughout, the villa is spread across three levels. The interiors are filled with natural light and open onto generous terraces for dining, sunbathing, and relaxing. From here, guests can enjoy uninterrupted sea views and year-round sunsets. The lower level features a media and game room, while the upper floors house the main living spaces and bedrooms.

Please note: access from the parking area involves a steep descent of approximately 150 meters.

Accommodation
The villa includes four bedrooms, all with air conditioning.

• Bedroom 1: Super king bed, en-suite, double doors to large balcony

• Bedroom 2: King bed (can be made twin), access to back terrace

• Bedroom 3: King bed (can be made twin)

• Bedroom 4: Super king bed (can be made twin), doors to pool terrace

All bathrooms have walk-in showers, twin sinks, and heated towel rails. One bathroom is shared. A separate cloakroom is also available.

Living areas
The main floor features a bright, open-plan living space with access to sea-facing terraces. The lower ground level includes a media and game room equipped with TV, satellite, DVD player, music library, and books. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming—ideal for long, restful stays.

Kitchen & utility
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pantry items, and utensils. A washing machine and iron are also provided.

Outdoor areas
Expansive terraces, a poolside balcony, a shaded barbecue area, and lounge seating offer multiple spaces to enjoy the outdoors, whether sunbathing or dining al fresco. The views across the sea and mountains make this a stunning setting throughout the day and into the evening.

Location & distances
The villa sits between the renowned village of Deià—with its award-winning restaurants—and Sóller, known for its picturesque port, beaches, and water sports. Both are just a short drive away, making El Niu de L’Oronella an ideal base to explore Mallorca’s northwest coast.

Rental information
Non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted. The house is not suitable for wheelchair access. Long-term renters welcome.
