Located in the heart of Deià, Can Lan is a charming townhouse offering privacy, character, and spectacular views of the village rooftops and surrounding mountains. One of the oldest houses in Deià, it has been updated with modern comforts while preserving its traditional soul. A plunge pool, added in 2012, and two panoramic terraces make it an ideal spot to enjoy the outdoors in total peace.

The property
Accessed by foot along a scenic village path (approx. 75 metres from the road), the house is built into the hillside, with a layout that unfolds over several levels. Inside, the living/dining area includes a fireplace, dining table for 6 (extendable), sofa and antique chairs, plus air conditioning. The space is decorated with a mix of local antiques, original paintings, books, games, and music.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a small olive wood table with two chairs. A separate utility room offers a washing machine, and a cloakroom with WC and sink.

Accommodation
Can Lan sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms, all with air conditioning:

• Bedroom 1 (master): Twin beds (can be pushed together to form a king), en-suite bathroom with double sinks, separate WC, and walk-in shower

• Bedroom 2: Double bed

• Bedroom 3 (in the tower): King-size bed, bright space with 4 shuttered windows and mountain views

There is one family bathroom with a bath/shower, WC, and sink, plus a separate guest WC downstairs.

Outdoor areas
The upper terrace is shaded by an olive tree and includes four sun loungers, a dining table with chairs, parasols, and a small barbecue. The lower terrace is planted with a palm and almond tree and features a plunge pool and a small casita built into the hillside. Both terraces offer stunning views and are ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco.

Location & distances
The house is just a short walk from the village centre, yet enjoys total privacy and exceptional views. Due to its hillside position and stone path access, it is not suitable for those with reduced mobility. However, assistance with luggage may be arranged locally through the caretaker.

• 10–15 min walk to Deià centre (shops, cafés, restaurants)

• 20 min walk / short drive to Cala Deià beach

• Approx. 45 min drive to Palma airport

Rental information
The house is cleaned weekly, and linens and towels are changed once per week. Towels are for indoor use only. Wi-Fi, satellite TV with English channels, and central heating are included.
