The property
Built in classic local style with terracotta floors, high beamed ceilings, and thick stone walls, the house is furnished to a high standard and decorated with artworks by local artists. Just a 5-minute walk from the village of Deià and around 20 minutes from Cala Deià beach, the location is both quiet and convenient.
Accommodation
The house offers three double bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests, with space for a child in a cot.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, bath (no shower), toilet, and bidet. There is an additional WC on the ground floor.

The private swimming pool (13 x 4 m) is set within a sunbathing terrace with loungers for up to 8 people. Surrounding the pool and house are planted gardens, dining areas, and a built-in barbecue. A large wooden dining table near the pool provides the perfect spot for relaxed outdoor meals. Private parking is available on the property.

Located in a residential area just 10 minutes on foot from Deià’s centre, Ca Na Mar offers proximity to shops, restaurants, and galleries while remaining peacefully tucked away. The beach is a scenic 20-minute walk from the house.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Weekly cleaning, linen change, towels (including pool towels), and a welcome pack are included.
