Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

The rates include fresh linen and towels, including beach towels. The house is cleaned for new guests and if you are staying for 2 weeks, is cleaned midway and clean sheets and towels provided.

To the rear of the property is a beautiful, very private courtyard garden with trailing plants growing on the walls and pretty planted pots and a beautiful candelabra. The courtyard has a new Hot Tub that can accommodate 4/5 people at one time, a BBQ and a table with 8 chairs, together with two sun loungers. On the top floor is a completely private ‘sun trap’ roof terrace with stunning views of the mountains and built-in seating with comfortable cushions and a further two sun loungers from where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery.

Notes on prices

Prices are for the property, per week in Euros. We may offer a discount  for long lets, late bookings, particularly in November to March but excluding the Christmas period.

Changeover day

Access to the house is after 3pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. On arrival our property manager will introduce you to the house and is available to assist with further information during your stay.

Booking notes

To confirm your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your holiday to be paid on confirmation of the booking with the remaining balance of you payment due 8 weeks before arrival. We also ask for a €1000 refundable deposit to cover any damages or breakages.

Accessibility

The house is accessed via a small step at the front door but the accommodation is located over 3 floors and so, regretfully, we cannot recommend this property to those with limited mobility.
