A historic 17th-century country estate located on the north coast of Mallorca, just 2 km from Sóller. Set within 250,000 m² (60 acres) of land, the property is surrounded by olive, lemon, and orange groves, fruit orchards, vegetable gardens, and palms—offering total privacy and tranquility in nature.

The property
Son Salas offers approximately 1,600 m² (17,500 sq. ft.) of interior space built around a traditional Mallorcan courtyard. The main house includes:

• Several living rooms

• A large country kitchen

• A dramatic dining room

• A master suite with dressing room and marble bathroom leading to the garden

• Five additional spacious double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom

Additional accommodation
There are two guest apartments available:

• Apartment 1: Separate entrance, living/kitchen area, and a large 4-poster bedroom leading to the pool terrace

• Apartment 2: Two bedrooms, shared shower room, and a living area with kitchenette

The house can be rented as an 8- or 9-bedroom property (the 9th being the pool apartment) with a total capacity for up to 18 guests. The 9-bedroom option incurs an additional nightly cost.
