Tucked into a quiet residential hamlet in Deià, Son Jazmin is a luxury stone-built villa offering panoramic sea and mountain views. Just a 10–15 minute walk from the centre of the village, this beautifully designed home blends traditional Mallorcan architecture with modern comforts, making it an ideal retreat year-round.

The property
Constructed in traditional local style with a natural stone façade, exposed beams, and shuttered windows, Son Jazmin is a warm and inviting home. Inside, you’ll find hand-selected furnishings, elegant finishes, and thoughtful touches throughout. Extensive terraced areas, a heated pool, and open views provide an exceptional outdoor living experience, with total privacy and tranquillity.

Accommodation
The villa sleeps six guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms:

• Master suite (occupying the entire top floor): Super king four-poster bed, triple aspect windows, two sets of French doors with sea views, access to a private terrace, and a fully renovated en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, and Porcelanosa fittings

• Double bedroom: Super king bed, air conditioning, shares second bathroom

• Twin bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, shares second bathroom

All bedrooms feature Egyptian cotton linens, down pillows and duvets, and large, fluffy towels. The shared bathroom is also newly renovated with high-end fittings and travertine tiling.

Living areas
The open-plan living and dining room includes Tetrad sofas, a Jotul log burner for cozy winter evenings, and a dining area for six. Entertainment includes English satellite TV, DVD, CD player, BOSE iPod dock, and Wi-Fi throughout.

Kitchen & utility
The high-spec kitchen features hand-painted solid wood units, quartz Silestone countertops, Miele appliances, a central island with sea views, and French doors to the dining patio. Equipment includes:

• Miele oven and combined oven/microwave

• Induction hob

• American-style fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser

• Nespresso coffee machine (guests should bring preferred pods)

A separate utility room houses a Miele washing machine and dryer. There’s also a cloakroom with WC and a safe.

Outdoor areas
Son Jazmin offers multiple terraces with dining and seating areas, all with sea and mountain views. The upper patio includes a covered lounge area and BBQ. Steps lead to the private 30’ heated pool (available April to October), surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and flowerbeds. The setting is ideal for outdoor living in any season.

Extras & welcome
Guests are welcomed with a chilled bottle of Champagne and a starter grocery pack including milk, cheese, fruit, eggs, and bread. Concierge, in-home catering, and spa services (massage, craniosacral therapy, manicure, etc.) are available on request, offering a truly relaxing experience.

Set in a peaceful hillside setting, Son Jazmin enjoys total privacy while remaining close to Deià’s restaurants, boutiques, and cultural life. Cala Deià beach is also within reach for daytime excursions.
