The property
The villa combines traditional Mallorcan architecture with curated design elements and a luxurious, lived-in feel. Inside, the home offers multiple lounge spaces, a central music system, and a fully equipped industrial kitchen—ideal for entertaining. Outside, the large courtyard, garden, and pool create a serene oasis surrounded by citrus trees and shaded terraces.

Accommodation
The house sleeps up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Twin beds, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath

• Bedrooms 2–5: Double beds, en-suite bathrooms

• Bedrooms 6–7: Twin beds, en-suite bathrooms
  Two extra beds available on request

Each room has its own bathroom with shower or bath, sink, WC, and bidet.

Living areas
Two distinct lounge areas include a piano room and a media lounge with satellite TV. The entire property has Wi-Fi and a central music system.

The spacious industrial kitchen is fully equipped for daily use and group meals, including:
