Bedroom 1 master bedroom with twin beds (or may be pushed together to make king). Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with King Bed.AC in bedrooms .
The en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has 2 sinks, separate wc and separate shower. The family bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and WC. Separate downstairs WC.AC in bedroom.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped. a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. There is also a small antique table (made of olive wood) with 2 chairs.
Utility Room:
In the utility room, there is a sink, a washing machine and a separate cloak room that includes a sink and wc.
Living Rooms:
In the living room, there is a sofa, 2 antique chairs, a games table, various games and puzzles, a TV for DVDs, a music system for CDs and cassettes, plus an assortment of DVDs and music tapes. The dining table sits 6 people, but can be extended. AC .
Other:
Outdoors, there is a machine room, built into the hill, that houses the boiler and clothes dryer.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Linens and towels are changed weekly, but are for internal use only. The house is cleaned on a weekly basis.

Accessibility
Some say that because of the location of Ca’n Lans, it is one of the oldest houses in Deia. The original houses were built into the mountain, away from the sea. This means access from road is by foot, down the stone village path, then up another the steps to the house. In all, it is about 75 meters from the end of the road. However, once you are there, it is very much worth it since the views and settings are so special. (It is quite possible that the caretaker could arrange help with luggage).
