Six bedrooms in total, each with their own private en-suite bathroom, the spacious property features a two-bedroom self-catering loft that may be separated from the main house if you should so wish, as it comes with the added bonus of a fully-equipped second kitchen.
The entrance a pebbled stone hall is unique and includes a chapel for weddings, off this is a restored oil press.

First Master bedroom is on this floor four-post queen-sized bed with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

FIRST FLOOR:

Three bedrooms; two doubles with en-suite bathroom with shower one twin (with en-suite bathrooms with showers and access to garden and pool area designed for wheelchairs.
Living room:

There are numerous living areas to, some featuring chimneys and fireplaces; main living room has TV and sound systems.
A flight of stairs lead to the fully equipped kitchen which contains a Mallorca style sitting area and separate dining room with views of the gardens.

Large living room with a fireplace tv and satellite TV. Adjacent to the living room is a library/study with internet connection.
SECOND FLOOR:

Spacious open plan self-contained apartment with two double bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms with shower. There is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with dining and comfortable living area including fireplace, television with DVD player. Large sliding doors open on to a decked terrace which has been stylishly furnished and has stairs leading down to the back of the house and then pool terrace.
There is also a ‘tafona’ which is the original olive press room and can be reached from the side of the house or from main entrance. From here you can access the 7th bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and balcony gallery overlooking the tafona and large sliding doors looking out to pool area.

There is a large covered terrace. Approx. 10m x 5m solar heated infinity swimming pool complete with outside shower and decked terrace with partly pergola covered terrace equipped with sofas t-table, sun loungers, for 14 people.
Main terrace has a long dining table to eat out al fresco, seating for 14 people.

The various outside terraces allow you to dine and relax in style, with the ultra-modern pool leading off the beautiful outside decked sitting area. Charming historical features have been fused with state-of-the- art modern amenities.

Services cleaner daily 6 days a week 4 hours, and gardener and maintenance man.

The charming beach of Puerto de Sóller is a mere two minute drive away. Located on a private estate amongst acres of orange and lemon groves.
